AeroTidy 30-Day Return and Refund Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility
Items must be unused, in the condition received, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return
Email zarkkhan90@icloud.com before sending an item back. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions. Authorized returns should be sent to:

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly at zarkkhan90@icloud.com if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please include your order number and clear photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns of gift cards, personalized items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, or items that show misuse, liquid damage, or unauthorized modification.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.

Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfillment or shipment has started.

Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email zarkkhan90@icloud.com.
